The centre offers fitness services for small groups and personal training.
We train functional fitness, including cross-training, HIIT and HYROX, for small groups of no more than 10 people. Personal classes are for one or two people.
We offer group and personal Yoga and Pilates classes. Zumba and Chair Aerobic classes are for groups of no more than 20 people.
As a complement to all services, we have a nutritional consultation by a specialist.

Cross-Training and HIIT
HYROX Training Club
Hyrox is a race composed of 8 runs of 1km and 8 functional exercises between them. This program promotes physical fitness through a series of classes that are accessible, safe, and healthy.
We offer high intensity training in which we combine gymnastics, weightlifting and cardio. The exercises are performed safely, and we teach the technique step by step.
We train endurance through longer duration exercises, thus increasing the body's core muscles.
The centre is a member of the Flemish Weighlifting Federation, and we do Olympic lifting training.
We offer classes adapted to people with injuries or ailments, allowing a quick recovery and no loss of form!
YOGA
This class is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. The teacher enjoys building logical yoga sequences that safely bring the students into the more challenging poses and focuses on giving an enjoyable class where everyone feels they can progress at their own pace. The class will be given primarily in English but the teacher speaks French if needed.
PILATES

ZUMBA
Zumba classes are ideal for enjoying dancing and getting fit.
Under an African rhythm, and led by our instructor, your body will move without pause for 60 minutes
