We offer coffee and water

Yes, we do have space to dress and undress

What do I need to bring?

Bring a pair of fitness shoes and a sweat towel. If you want you can bring your own water bottle

How early do I need to arrive?

If you arrive five minutes early, it's enough, it's a small gym

Can I join the class if I am late?

Of course! But you will do burpees

Is the age, physical, mental limitations and own shortcomings taken into account?

Definitely, it is a small and cosy gym where you can make a more personal follow-up than in a big place

Is the training you do only for advanced?

Don't worry, the exercises are scaled so you can do them safely
